Zesty Raw Vegetable Salad with winter greens, tarragon, avocado, pistachio, and lime dressing
Smoked Carrot Lox Pizzette - woodfired flatbread, dill cream, red onion, kombu pearls
Seared Celery Root - cold soba noodle salad, caramelized mirin butter
Papas Bravas Bites - Yukon potatoes, spicy tomato, garlic aioli
Tiramisu - Chef Tyler's favorite dessert as a child
$85 per person: A six-course dining experience with one round of beverages included.
