According Adrienne Mitchel, the author of the article, the popularity of ghost kitchens is waning but some ghost kitchens, like Sunny's Food Hub in Sunnyvale are thriving with 28 new restaurants added to the area. Located at 1026 W. Evelyn Ave. in Sunnyvale, the Food Hub's tenants including Craft Roots Vegan Kitchen are citing low start-up costs as an attractive way to test out a new market and reach new customers.

The article features helpful guides on what to do, where to stay, and where to eat in Morgan Hill. We're pleased as punch that Craft Roots Vegan Bar and Grill was included in the dining options. According to the magazine, 

Camera crews were on site at our Morgan Hill restaurant on Tuesday, October 1st, filming our very own Head Chef Tyler Graham. His culinary craftsmanship will be featured in a TV commercial for Three Feathers Farm and California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF). The footage of Chef Ty creating a beautiful dish out of the produce from Three Feathers Farms may also be shown as part of a mini-documentary about local farmers growing organically.
